Provision of NHS allergy care
Its no secret that there are very few trained allergists in the UK.
It’s difficult finding appropriately trained staff and the amount of allergy work seems to be ever increasing. This can lead to long waits and dissatisfied NHS patients in primary and secondary care.
We think that care is best provided locally, and with a little help and advice most allergy problems can be dealt with by a GP.
We work in partnership with the NHS to provide primary care support for general practitioners and local commissioners.
We have been providing speciliast input into one of the only primary care allergy clinics in the country for several years now.
Allergy Healthcare’s NHS services are all about improving quality of care and saving the NHS money. As a private enterprise we are flexible and responsive. We have several business models that might work for you, and can provide the clinical expert support that primary care services require.
